He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilma and William R. Allen Jr.; his wife Olivia Allen; his daughters, Maggie Kite and Lisa Allen; his stepdaughters, Debra Logan and Kelly Greene; and his brother Robert Allen. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and one great great-granddaughter.
