He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Chambers; his children, Matthew Scott Butler (Pauluetta Berry) of Independence, MO and Susan Kathleen Stuver (Drid) of Georgetown, TX; his grandchildren, Matthew, Cameron, Kayla, Kelsy, Dalen and Jennifer; and his siblings, Phillip Butler (Barbara) and Juanita Thompson of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
