It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Smalley (Independence, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on May 20, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Anna Martin. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Smalley; his son William C. Smalley (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Rachel Moss, Morgan Phan, Shelby Phan and Jonathan Phan; his great grandchild Brinley Moss; his brothers, Don Smalley, James Stillwell and Elmer Stillwell; and his uncle William F. Smalley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
