It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Eldon Kelsey of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Kelsey and Delaine Kelsey; and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his sons, Thad (Ginny) and Eric (Tricia); his wife Cathy (Rathbun); his grandchildren, Devon, Julia, Hope, Kate and Tommy; and his brothers, Dale, Jerry and Dean.
