He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Stoddard (Lomax); his grandmother Helen "Ma" Belmont; his mother Erlene Toscano; and his stepfather Sam Toscano. He is survived by: his children, Robert Toscano, Christopher Toscano (Rachael), Clayton Stoddard and Sarah Stoddard; his grandchildren, Austin Spurrier, Shane Spurrier, Mara Toscano, Sapphire Toscano and Jack Toscano; his brother Ben; and his sister-in-law Charlene Toscano.
