He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Addie Ethel (Bell) and William Golden Holland; his wife Linda; his children, Michelle McNutt (Keith) of Borger and Shawn Holland (Tara) of Chandler; his stepchildren, Todd McDonald (Adriana) of San Leon, Tray Fitzpatrick of Blue Springs, Tanya Wisdom of Independence and Timberlyn Trask (Bruce) of Blue Springs; and his siblings, Dennis Holland (Sue) of Tyler and Barbara Osborne (Roy) of Corinth. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
