He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Wallace Smith and Rosamond Smith (Bunnell). He is survived by: his wife Anne McCullough; his daughters, Carolyn Wells (Hugh), Julie Smith and Laurie Monsees (Rick); and his grandchildren, Jillian Barreto (Andrew), Teppy Dimmitt, Melissa Dimmitt, Sabrina Monsees, Luke Monsees and Collin Monsees.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Community of Christ in support of its ongoing mission.
