She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Spicer and Betty Spicer (Bolin). She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Thompson (Chip); her children, Kathy Thompson (Vern), Amy Mitchell and David Thompson (Jamie); her grandchildren, Jake Thompson (Beth), Trenton Thompson (Taylor), Stephanie Jackley (Luke Robinette), Derrick Jackley, Kolby Thompson, Destiny Friesz and Peyton Friesz; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Thompson, Wade Thompson, Joseph Jackley and Remington Robinette; and her siblings, Cynthia Carrender and Joseph Spicer Jr. (Lavonne). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and countless close friends.
