She is survived by: her daughter Jane Abernathy; her grandsons, Jeremy and Jason Constantz; her daughter-in-law Sherry Abernathy; her daughter Jan Myers (Carl); and her grandchildren, Shara Abernathy, Bob Abernathy III, Brian Myers (Mathis Souef-Myers), Katie Sanghei and NJ. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Vera Helen Abernathy, age 97, passed peacefully from the arms of her loving family into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on February 11, 2024, at the home in Plattsburg, Missouri, after a long journey of Alzheimer's Disease.
