She was predeceased by: her parents, Tona Mae and Dan Bowles; her daughter Joanne Hackleman; her grandsons, James and Patrick Morris; her siblings, Norman Smith (Louise), Funston Bowles (Sue), Evelyn Mollenkamp (Alfred) and Venita Walker (Jay); her niece Bonnie Walker Higgins; her nephews, Tommy, Larry Hackleman and Don Mosher; and her husband Jim of Cedar County.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Lynn Hackleman (Thomas Staats); her grandchildren, Dr. Amy Joy Morris (Steve), Christopher Morris Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Beeber (Gregg); her great grandchildren, Felisha Morris, Christopher Morris Jr., James Patrick Morris (Morgan), John Mark Morris (Elise), Grant Authur Beeber and Jacqueline Beeber; her grandson Martin Miller (Kelly); her nephews, Doyal Smith (Audrey), Jack Mollenkamp (Sue), Lew Mollenkamp, Robin Gilbert and Jim Higgins (Cindy); and her niece Anita Kay Mosher.
