He was predeceased by: his father Thomas V. Neel; his brother Donald Neel; and his grandson David Neel. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Neel (Riddle); his children, Jared Neel (Ketta), Rebekah Neel and Candice Schwarz (Brad); his grandchildren, Moriah Neel, Jared Neel Jr., Nekerra Neel, Brittany Hyatt and Caroline Banks; and his great grandchildren, Eli Hyatt and Amore Neel. He is also survived by nieces and great nephews.
