He is survived by: his children, Misty Jo Huber (Mike) of Blue Springs, MO, Michael Kent Middleton of Independence, MO, Lisa Michelle Cotton of Independence, MO and Dollie Rose Simpson (George) of Grain Valley, MO; his granddaughter Christy K. Ledford (Austin) of Odessa, MO; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Johnson, Azryel Walker, Asher Ledford and Addison Ledford; his sisters, Earlene Powell (Clyde) of Independence, MO and Martha Hodges of Grain Valley, MO; and his sister-in-law Corrine Middleton of Independence, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Specialized Home Care-Hospice.
