She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Snethen and Velma Snethen (Moss); her husband Don; and her siblings, Robert (Linda), Luther Jr. (Lee), Paul (Linda) and Marjorie "Beth" Tingle (Jim).

She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Durbin (Bob), Eleanor "Joann" Konopasek (Larry) and Kenneth Snethen (Janet); and her children, Don Owens, Jr. (Alilah), Richard Owens, Joy Horner (Guy), Andrew Owens (Sally) and Melissa Russell. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
