He is survived by: his wife Linda Whiteside of Independence, MO; his daughters, Kelli Ellis (Chris) and Kerri Horn (Scott); his grandchildren, Brooke, Brylie Ellis, Caiden of Lee's Summit, MO and Corbin Horn of Lee's Summit, MO; and his sister Marna Hutsell of Raytown, MO. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
