He was predeceased by: his son Jonathon Dove; and his parents, Edward Dove and Althea Dove. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Marie" Dove; his children, Christopher Dove, Catherine Bauman and Stephanie Mullen; and his siblings, Dr. Joanna Dove, Robert Dove and Jerry Shannon. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carson-Speaks Chapel (1501 W Lexington Ave, Independence, MO 64052). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119).
