He is survived by: his wife Julie Whitfield; his sons, Jeremiah Whitfield (Kim), Jacob Whitfield (Alex) and Garrett Whitfield; his grandchildren, Shawn, Cameron, Isabella and Lucas; his mother-in-law Bette Meier; his sister Tami Whitfield; and his sisters-in-law, Lisa Wright (Allen) and Shara McNeeley (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
