She was predeceased by: her husband John I. Collins; and her daughter Renee Stevens. She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Priest (Alan) of Warrensburg, MO and Cheryl Moore (Lonny) of Independence, MO; her brother Gene Karr of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Adam (Whitney), Dylan (Marissa), Amber (Luke), Cassie (Justin) and Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Willow, Emery and Reuben.
