She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Phillip "Phil" Addison, Jr.; her parents, Thomas Eugene Burton and Winnie Ruth Burton; and her brother Thomas Eugene Burton, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Phillip Bellis; and her stepchildren, Marjorie Fears, Linda Rubicam, Sandra Worden and Randall Addison.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oakland Cemetery (30701 E Truman Rd, Buckner, MO 64016).
