It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saundra Lea Stephens of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her fiancé Gary Rivas; her brother James Hill; her parents, Janet Byrd and Clyde Hill; her siblings, Debbie Warren, Lori Deister, Gunner Byrd and Roy Clayton Byrd; and her children, Brenda Hill, Nathaniel Stephens and Janessa Baake. She is also survived by eight beautiful grandchildren.
