He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Keithley (Wise) and Roy Keithley; his wife Patricia Keithley; and his siblings, Ray, Tom and Mary Jane.
He is survived by: his close friend Patricia "Pat" Thomsen; his children, Sherrie Bell (Keithley) and Tony Keithley (Beth); his grandchildren, Stefanie Speers (Victor), Amanda Weir (Toby), Brian Keithley and Emily Reynolds (Matt); and his sisters, Juantia Leone, Australian Shepherd and Reba. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
