He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Howard and Mildred Howard; and his siblings, William Howard and Betty Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Howard; his daughter Ashley Howard; his grandsons, Owen and Logan Saxton; and his siblings, Linda Miller and Dave Howard. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, grandsons, his dogs.
