He was predeceased by: his parents, MaryAnn Duvall Bellis and Ellis Glen Bellis. He is survived by: his spouse Corleen. He is also survived by his wife, mother-in-law, 4 children, 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers, as well as numerous extended family.
