She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Leo and Rosetta Beck (Bellis); her husband William "Bill" Ollie; her son William "Butch" Phillip Shively; her siblings, Alfred Norman Beck and Eileen W. Damanti; and her great grandchild Rebecca Lynn Shively.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Saunders (Jim); her daughter-in-law Karlene Shively; her son Bob Shively (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Will Shively (Nancy), Susan King, Doug Shively (Gina Whitcomb), Ethan Shively (April), Eric Shively (Lisa), Kathy Roberts, Lori Howerton, Andy Shively (Blanche), Michael Shively (Saratou), Amy Marquez (Jorge), Brian Keeth (Marva), Michelle Reed, Jaimmie Rancatore (Anthony) and Chesney Dixson (John). She is also survived by thirty-nine great grandchildren, thirty-five great, great grandchildren, and one great, great, great grandchild.
