With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Cox (Independence, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on August 5, 2018 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Tyler Rose; her stepson Kenny Cox; and her stepgranddaughter Jennifer Cox. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Cox; her children, Sarah Burnett of Sugar Creek and David Cox of Blue Springs; her grandchildren, Kurtis, Sophia, Jayda and Kyla; her sisters, Patricia McGhee (Michael) of Independence and Loraine Degner of Huntsville, TX; and also Nicole of Blue Springs. She is also survived by 5 step-children; 9 step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rose's name to the American Cancer Society.
