It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Cerniglia (Independence, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on May 27, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore "Sam" Cerniglia; and her sister Annette Herman. She is survived by: her daughter Diana; her grandson Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Layla Baker, Nicco Holmes-Cerniglia and Rocco Holmes-Cerniglia; her daughter Mary McGrath; her sister Esther McMurray; her sister-in-law Karl E. Herman; and also, Joe Cerniglia and Donna Cerniglia. She is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, and several great-nieces and nephews, and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
