He was predeceased by: his mother Grace James (Pierce); his brother John W. James; and his sister-in-law Billie James. He is survived by: his son Randy James of Gravois Mills, MO; his daughter-in-law Sherri James of Greenwood, MO; his stepchildren, Christine Campbell and Blane Campbell of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Derek and Emily James; his stepgrandchildren, Paige Stuart, Alexis and Riley Campbell; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jaxson Strickland and Eleanor May.
