He is survived by: his spouse Linda Gress; his children, April Rice (Jeff) of Buckeye, AZ, Christopher Koehler (Simone) of Haltingen, James Koehler of Sagle and Robyn Koehler of Sabetha; his grandchildren, Caleb Gilstrap, Tristen Dodder, Adrienne Koehler, Jaidyn Koehler, Britani Koehler, Garrett Koehler and James Koehler; and his siblings, Esther Proffitt of Seneca, Abbot Ralph and Barbara Buckley of Prairie Village.
