He is survived by: his wife Wendy Essig; his children, Jessica Bennett (Kevin) of Richmond, Annie Danner (Justin) of Kansas City, Tyler Perkins (Vanessa) of San Jose, CA and Levi McCall (Julia) of Grain Valley; his daughter-in-law Melissa Perkins of Hardin; his grandchildren, Madalynn Bennett of Richmond, Tanner Bennett of Richmond, Natalie Perkins of Richmond, Parker Bennett of Richmond, Sidney Danner of Kansas City, Logan Perkins of Richmond, Molly Perkins of Hardin, Journee Perkins of Hardin, Evelyn Perkins of San Jose, CA, Brooklyn McCall of Grain Valley and Boston McCall of Grain Valley; his siblings, Ralph Essig (Kathy), Kirk Essig (Alicia), Glenda Pulliam (Lynn) and Doug Essig; his parents-in-law, Rick and Norma Bailey; his siblings-in-law, Audria Reilly and Donny Underwood (Buffy); his aunt Margaret Nordsieck; and his uncle David Essig. He is also survived by family and his many friends.
