He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Richard Harper (Erin) and Ronda Bacu (Michael); his mother-in-law Della Verdict; his sisters-in-law, Claudia Bowen, Deborah Bellamy and Bunny Harper; and his friend Barbara Jean Walls Correll. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
