He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Mattingly and Darling Cox. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mattingly; and his daughters, Shanna Armstrong (Bobby), Christie Manes (Mario) and Angie Nelson (Chris). He is also survived by his 11 grandkids and 4 great grandkids.
