He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Craft and Thelma F. Burtch; his stepfather Harold Burtch; and his stepbrother Kurt Burtch. He is survived by: his brothers, James (Cheryl) and Neil (Laura); and his stepsister Kay Bunch (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnephews and a grandniece, as well as cousins.
