We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, at the age of 103, Roberta Downey of Independence, Missouri, born in Odessa, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raleigh Lee and Susie D. Fizer; her children, Jan Guenther (Sam), Ronal and Ronald Downey (Karen); her daughter-in-law Jan Downey; her close friend Mike Feils; her husband Ira V. "Bud" Downey; and her son Rick Vernon Downey. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren.
