He is survived by: his significant other Katie Osterberger; his daughter Denise Carter; his grandsons, Tyler Carter and Austin Carter; his great grandchildren, Haily Gray and Max Gray; his brother Jack Osterberger; and his close friend Pat Hardin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
