He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Joseph "Joe" Haas; his wife Judy Hutchison Haas; and his mother Katherine Cook Haas. He is survived by: his children, David Haas (Melanie) and Jennifer Murphy (David); his grandchildren, Elle Murphy, Sean Murphy, Gracie Haas, Derek Haas, Amanda Haas and Olivia Haas; and his brother-in-law Eddie Hutchison. He is also survived by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations go to Wounded Warrior Project or the American Legion Tirey J. Ford Post 21 in Independence, Missouri.
