He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Alma Branson and Ernest Dear Simmermon; and his sisters, Betty Jo Morgan and Mildred Irene Powell. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kristiana Meador, Carly Meador and Bryce Meador; his great grandchild Koen Lawrence Ross; his sisters, Wanda Ford (Larry), Sandra Cook Ross Ann (Melvin Sr.) and Alice West (John Sr); and also, Sharon Lewis and Bobbie Jo Meador (Bryan).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Dickey Funeral Homes (2401 E Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO 64701). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Garden City Cemetery (37012 E State Rte N, Garden City, MO 64747).
