He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hulse and Lena Hulse; his brother Floyd Gary Hulse; his wife Beverly Jean McCarty (McCarty); and his pet Red.
He is survived by: his son James Allen Hulse (Rebecca); and his sister Nancy Martin (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
