He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Horvatic (Hank) and Mildred Horvatic (Millie); his son Rob (Rob); and his siblings, Cathleen Williams (Don), Delores Howard (Russell), Marilyn Harrington (Chuck) and Ronald Horvatic (Toni).
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Anne Zemaitis; his daughter Susan (Susie); his sister Karen Stark; his children, Kenneth Horvatic (Patty), James Horvatic (Terri), Nancy Stegeman (Joseph) and Susie Addison (Greg); his daughter-in-law Beth O'Mara (Scott); and his grandchildren, Adam Horvatic, Hilary Jackson (Jeff), Jacob Horvatic (Lindsey), Seth Horvatic, Benedict Horvatic, Christina Main (Michael), Danielle Horvatic, Katherine McCauley, Bailey Schowengerdt (Brian), Bray Addison (Katie), Rachel Beggs (Bryan) and Caitlin Stegeman. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
