He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Ernest and Venita May Barker (Halsey); his wife Diana; his daughters, Carol Leibold (Kevin) of Independence, MO, Terry McLaughlin (Lewis) of Independence, MO and Michelle Snyder (Robert) of Independence, MO; and his siblings, Jerry Barker (Bonnie) of Holden and Sharon Moody (David) of Holden. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
