It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Penny Lynne Edwards of Independence, Missouri, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Mason and Ethel Mason (Hendricks); and her stepfather Claude Hendricks. She is survived by: her husband Mike Edwards; her children, Jennifer Edwards Dick (Garet Dick), Todd Edwards (Vickie Moore) and Troy Edwards (Christy Troupe); her grandchildren, Sydnee Edwards-Spaulding (Kyle), Conor Edwards (Amber), Seth Corson and Jacob Kalcic; and her great grandchild Weston Spaulding.
