She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James Butterfield and Opal Pearl Butterfield; and her stepmother Maye Butterfield. She is survived by: her child Stacy Kuhl (Buddy) of Blue Springs, Missouri.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
