He is survived by: his sisters, Parthenia Andy and Shirley Ann Burrell of Kansas City, MO.; his son Paul Westly Obie; his niece Carol Cargo; his sister-in-law Gwendolyn Bryant; and his great grandchild Clifford Taylor. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
