He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Kettlewell and Marilyn Kettlewell. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Kettlewell (Roseman); his daughters, Alicia Selsor (Justin), Melody Burks (Adam) and Kaley Garza (Alex); his grandchildren, Jackson, Wilson, Turner, Alejandro, Antonio, Violet and Vincent; and his siblings, Chris Kettlewell (Lisa), Ted Kettlewell (Susanna), David Kettlewell and Janey Bredeman (Jimmy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Lake Doniphan Retreat and Conference Center or Good Shepherd Youth Campership fund. In honor of his grandson, Wilson Burks, donations are suggested to the Perthes Kids Foundation or the International Perthes Study Group.
