She was predeceased by: her parents, Mignon Levy and Sanford Levy. She is survived by: her children, Richard (Beverly Siegal) and Nancy (Monty Krieger); her grandchildren, Allison, Michael Peiser, Jonathan and Josh Krieger; and her great grandchildren, Alejandro, Joaquin, Jacob, Izzy, Ari and Miles.

Donations may be sent to the Pat Peiser Scholarship at Scottish Rite for the Children Legacy Scholarship Program or to the National Council of Jewish Women.
