He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oren and Dorothy Lee Hook (Noland). He is survived by: his children, Jason Hook, Jennifer Burke and Nick Rocca (Yraisa); his grandchildren, Juliann Burke, Samatha Chappelow (Tommy), Sierra Tatum (Dominic), Gabby Rocca and Phil Rocca; and his son-in-law Jeremy Burke. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
