She was predeceased by: her son John. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Les" and Les Fowler (Pam) of Nixa, MO; her stepson Bill Gunter (Rosemary) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Ben Fowler, Mathew Fowler, Tim Fowler, Justin Fowler, Melissa Johns and Ashley Gonzalez. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; plus many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Opal's name to Alzheimer's Association.
