She is survived by: her significant other Michael Lombardo; her children, Jana Lombardo (Nene McDowell), Jeanne Fail (Mark Fail), Michael Lombardo (Cindy) and Jamie Lombardo; her grandchildren, Christina, Kate, Toni, Andi, Taz, Jacob and Carly; and her great grandchildren, Ivy, Frankie, Atticus, Ember, Michael Harry and Elizabeth Jane.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salvation Army or the National Federation of the Blind.
