She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Kuzila and Donna Kuzila (Barr); her daughters, Isabella and Sophia Hinken; her brother Jeff Kuzila (Lisa); her niece Michaela; her aunt Alice Gregory (John); and her uncle John Barr (Jody).
