He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Georgma Millert (VanMaele) and Joseph Millert. He is survived by: his wife Violet N. Millert; his daughter Amy Paige Farrell; his son-in-law James Farrell; and his grandchildren, James Francis of Commack, Patrick Neal of Commack and Natalie Rose Farrell of Commack.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the name of Neal Millert to "The Rockhurst High School General Scholarship Endowment Fund", 9301 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO 64114.
