He is survived by: his wife Tricia Smith; his children, Lashawn Smith, Britany Mollison, Tammy Veenstra (James Veenstra), Michael Smith Jr., Tommy Ray Smith, Christopher Mollison, David Rush Jr. and Terry Mollison; his parents, Ray Smith and Rayma Smith; his sister Cynthia Swift (Arnold Swift); and his grandchildren, Lacy, Selena, Austin, Steven, Jeffrey, Aralyn, Olivia, Seth, Zayden, Wesley, Adalynn, Paizlee and Ava.
