He is survived by: his father Daniel L Meyer; his wife Melissa; his children, Conner and Chloee; his mother Kelly Bartsch; his brother Shawn Grew (Felicia); his parents-in-law, Lynn and Jim Locke; and his brothers, Ashley Ruby and Jeff (Diamond Ruby). He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, cousins and their families, and many great nieces and nephews.
